We are unable to change the way that people are and what it is that they believe. We may influence and become a witness to them of truth but we are not capable of altering one’s mind. Love is able to see the person that they are and accept them where it is they are at whether or not we agree thoroughly with them. Each one of us is entitled to be free to have a will and none of us are better than those who do not see in the same light that we do. I too was once in darkness however it is by grace and it alone that has redeemed me from it. Our sin is no greater or less than the next persons. We are simply humans faulted in every way but saved by grace from the Creator of the universe whose love is more satisfying than any empty element in life. If you really want something you have to fight for it, no matter how much it hurts, even if it means pushing the limits. And if you can’t, you didn’t want it bad enough.
